In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation 2016/679 (April 27, 2016) of the European Parliament and European Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the organizers of the AMT2026 Conference inform you that:
• The administrator of your personal data is the Lodz University of Technology with its registered office in Lodz, ul. Żeromskiego 116, 90-924 Lodz, Poland; The Lodz University of Technology and the Polish Materials Science Society, with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Krasińskiego 8/101, 40-019, Poland, act as joint controllers of your personal data within the meaning of Article 26 of the GDPR, jointly determining the purposes and means of the processing related to the organization of the AMT2026 Conference.

• Your personal data in the registration form will be processed for the purpose of registration and participation in the ATM2026 Conference;
• Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of organizing and conducting the AMT2026 Conference, including communication related to your participation in the above-mentioned conference;
• The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – the processing of data is necessary for registration and participation in the AMT2026 Conference;
• Your personal data concerning your first and last name will not be transferred to other recipients except for our partners cooperating with us in organizing the AMT2026 Conference;
• Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to properly complete and settle accounts related to the Conference, i.e. for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the Conference was organized;
• You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data;
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation;
• Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling and AI processing;
• Providing your personal data to the Conference organizers is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose of registering for and participating in the AMT2026 Conference.
